By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

  1. No gambling or financial advice: This app is for education and training only. It does not facilitate gambling or provide financial, legal, or tax advice. We make no guarantees about winnings, outcomes, accuracy, or suitability.
  2. Age and legality: You must be of legal age for gambling content in your jurisdiction and comply with all applicable laws.
  3. Responsible play: Gambling involves risk. Practice does not ensure real-world success. Set limits and seek help if you have gambling problems.
  4. Subscriptions and billing: Paid features are billed through the App Store/Play Store. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel in your store settings before the renewal period. Refunds follow store policies.
  5. In-app purchases: Prices may change. Taxes may apply. We are not liable for billing or payment failures handled by the stores.
  6. Acceptable use: Do not misuse the app (no reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, or unlawful/harassing content). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
  7. Data and availability: We strive for uptime but do not guarantee availability. You are responsible for backing up your data.
  8. Disclaimers: The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  9. Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
  10. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
  11. Changes: We may update these terms and will post the new version in the app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
  12. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless consumer laws require otherwise.
